What You’ll Do as a RFID Implementation Manager

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of RFID initiatives, translating roadmap priorities into scalable business solutions across retail operations.
  • Define project scope, gather business requirements, and deliver RFID proof-of-concept and proof-of-value programs to validate benefits and drive adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and develop business cases to support RFID investment proposals and future implementations.
  • Collaborate with RFID technology partners to evaluate, design, and implement optimal hardware and software solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Direct RFP processes and vendor selection activities, assessing suppliers and negotiating solutions to meet functional, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, risk communication, and cross-functional readiness activities to ensure successful RFID deployment on time and within budget.

  • 5+ years of retail and supply chain experience within a fashion retail environment, with hands-on exposure to RFID deployment and operational management.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and deliver complex technology initiatives successfully.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, effectively communicating RFID strategy, vision, and benefits to gain buy-in across all levels of the business.
  • Analytical and commercially minded professional with experience balancing cost, operational value, and customer experience to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and innovation, with a keen interest in retail technology trends and awareness of emerging industry developments.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business users while collaborating effectively with technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
