- Responsible for solving Customer Complaint Problems and Analysis.
- Responsible for 2G/3G/LTE KPI performance analysis.
- Responsible for 2G/3G/LTE statistics analysis and problems disposal.
- Analysis of the RAN counters
- Cluster Optimization, providing recommendations to improve coverage, mobility, traffic management, throughput.
- Understanding of Radio Resource Management functionalities, e.g., handover control, admission controls, capacity management, etc.
- Able to perform event analysis and address accessibility, retainability and HO success rate issues
- Graduated from Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineer
- 3+ years experience in RF Planning & Optimization for GUL
- Good knowledge of Huawei tools
- Good knowledge at 2G / 3G /LTE planning and optimization processes, analysis/monitoring.
- Good knowledge of Huawei 2G &3G<E features and parameters.
- Good level in both written/spoken English.
- Excellent MS Office applications
