Job Description:The candidate will work on the System Level Simulation and Tx Full Chain Verification for RF Front-End Modules (FEM). This role focuses on the holistic performance of the entire Tx lineup, integrating Power Amplifiers (PA), Switches, Filters and PCB. You will build simulation methodologies to predict system performance and automate workflows.
Job Requirements:
- MS degree or PhD in Engineering with a strong focus on RF power amplifier or related RFIC circuit design.
-Minimum of 6+ years of related experience
- Solid understanding of Transceiver architectures and complete RF front-end chains (PA, LNA, Switch, Filters).
- Proficient in AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) to maximize development efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills to debug root causes of system issues and correlate simulation results with lab measurements.
- Expertise in simulation tools: ADS, Cadence Virtuoso, Dynamic Link, Golden Gate, and HFSS.
- Hands-on circuit design experience (PA, Switch, or Filter) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
- Hands-on circuit design experience in RF Power Amplifiers is a strong plus.
- Experience with EM simulation tools (HFSS) and thermal analysis.
- Proficient with AI-driven development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 121,900.00 To USD 195,000.00
