About the RoleYou will join a dedicated R&D initiative at Harmattan AI focused on developing a wireless link module for drone-to-base station communications. As an RF Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and integrating PCBs and electrical systems in a compact, rugged form factor - ensuring reliability, low latency, and field readiness.
ResponsibilitiesPerform the schematic design of PCBs, including component placement and routing
Oversee the physical integration of PCBs into the product, in collaboration with mechanical engineers
Address and resolve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues as they arise
Conduct thorough testing and validation of PCBs upon reception
Work closely with other R&D teams to ensure seamless coordination
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Strong PCB design and layout experience (Altium or equivalent)
Experience: 2–5 years in the development of electronic boards, including testing and validation
Experience with RF systems and their implications on PCB design
Problem-Solving: Ability to work autonomously and solve complex technical challenges
Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives
