AMERICAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated RF Engineer to design and develop RF systems and subsystems in support of unmanned vehicles.
Responsibilities- Designing RF schematic block diagrams and performing complex RF design analysis
- Developing RF system specifications and performing system level RF architecture design
- Testing RF design elements and troubleshooting RF circuit issues
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet overall system requirements
- Using network analysis tools to optimize RF networks
- Performing RF path loss calculations, system predictions, and modeling
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting wireless networks
- Creating and updating RF documentation, including technical specifications and schematics
- Staying up-to-date with the latest RF technology trends and advancements
- Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of related work experience
- Proven work experience as an RF Engineer and unmanned vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of RF systems, components, and testing procedures.
- Experience with RF simulation software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other engineers and team members.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 5–7 years of related work experience
- Professional experience as an RF Engineer involving unmanned vehicles
- Strong knowledge of RF systems, components, and testing procedures
- Experience with RF simulation software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
