Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind die Visitenkarte unseres Unternehmens

  • Sie heißen unsere Kunden und Kollegen „Herzlich willkommen“ und garantieren einen angenehmen und reibungslosen Aufenthalt

  • Organisation der Konferenzräume: Überwachung der Raumbuchungen; Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Konferenzräumen, Unterstützung bei internen und externen Veranstaltungen

  • Dienstleister und Lieferantenprozesse kontrollieren und ggf. anpassen

  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale in deutscher und englischer Sprache

  • Büroorganisation (Inventur, Bestellung- und Bestandsprüfung von z.B. Büromaterial, Kaffee, Tee und Snacks)

  • Cateringbestellungen

  • Koordination der Ein- und Ausgangspost, Postverteilung im Hause sowie die Anmeldung und Annahme von Kuriersendungen sowie Aufträge an Boten

  • Verwaltung von Kunden- und Mitarbeiterparkplätzen

  • Lokales Fuhrparkmanagement

  • Health & Safety Organisation in der Niederlassung

  • Unterstützung bei der Veranstaltungsplanung
     

Ihr Profil

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ein freundliches, sicheres und professionelles Auftreten

  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs-/Serviceorientierung mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und „Hands-on“ Mentalität

  • Eine aufgeschlossene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

  • Die Fähigkeit, auch in den berühmten heißen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren sowie Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit

  • Berufserfahrung am Empfang oder in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie wünschenswert

  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen und eine natürliche Herzlichkeit mit Kunden und Gästen umzugehen

  • Diskretion, Loyalität, Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft

  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
