As Rexona Men Lead, you will oversee day-to-day brand activities, working closely with the category manager to develop and execute strategies that drive Brand Superiority for Rexona Men. Strong analytical abilities, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional team management are key to achieving SOM, financials, Unmissable brand superiority and Brand Power KPIs.
- Act as the Rexona Men brand custodian. Be the ultimate owner the Unmissable Brand Superiority for Rexona Men.
- Drive the development and execution of the integrated Rexona for Men Brand plan, coordinating all demand creation activities.
- Lead integrated brand planning (IBP) efforts, overseeing marketing strategy, brand portfolio management, and innovation processes to meet business objectives.
- Foster a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent brand messaging and association with our activation platform of football.
- Coordinate and lead all World Cup 2026 plan and execute it.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and brand equity.
- Deliver the in-year innovation targets. Govern the innovation projects at the Investor Board, giving clarity to project teams on how to progress and drive growth.
- Lead a cross functional team to develop and execute marketing plans in market for Rexona Men driving profitable growth and market share gains.
- Lead and project manage through the local agency group, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless collaboration with global and local marketing teams.
- Lead and project manage the innovation process with global marketing and cross functional local teams to ensure timely delivery in market of yearly innovation portfolio.
- Lead and own the development of best-in-class brand experiences across all touchpoints, building brand purpose, driving brand marketing objectives and JTBD.
- Be the digital pioneer, pushing forward digital and e-commerce execution, working closely with the Demand Creation team and external agency partners to deliver seamless consumer experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience:
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics tools to measure performance, derive insights, and make informed, data-driven marketing decisions.
- Expertise in Consumer Goods, Especially Beauty & Personal Care: Industry experience in consumer goods, ideally within beauty, personal care, or related sectors, with a passion for staying current on trends and innovations.
- Integrated Marketing Execution Across Channels: Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, experiential, and traditional media.
- Financial and Budget Management: Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, track marketing performance, and optimize spend for growth.
- Agency and Partnership Management: Skilled in managing relationships with external agencies (creative, media, digital), ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Customer Insight and Market Understanding: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape effective marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Brand Consistency Across Touchpoints: Ability to ensure cohesive brand messaging and expression across all consumer touchpoints.
- Foundational Marketing Principles and Tactics: Strong grasp of core marketing principles, strategies, and tactics to drive brand growth and engagement across various channels.
