Job Description
Total Rewards - Benefits is responsible for ensuring that the firm has competitive and cost-effective reward policies and practices, developing and executing the firm's reward strategy. May manage or support one or more key areas of compensation, benefits, pensions, profit sharing, health and wellness. Liaises with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach. The Benefits focus specializes in ensuring the firm has competitive and cost-effective benefits policies and practices, managing day-to-day benefits programs, and designing and delivering benefits solutions and policies in line with the firm's human resources and business strategies.
