About the job

The Rewards & Performance Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and performance management programs across Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Central Americas region (COPAC), with special focus on the Global Business Service Hub in Bogota. This role will ensure alignment with Sanofi's global strategies while addressing local market needs and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the position will actively participate in and contribute to LATAM regional projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Strategy: Design and implement competitive compensation structures for the COPAC region that align with Sanofi's global framework while addressing local market conditions

  • Performance Management: Lead the implementation of performance management processes, ensuring consistent application across the region and providing guidance to managers and employees

  • Benefits Management: Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure competitive benefits offerings, develop local benefits strategies, manage company car policies, and oversee benefits-related policies across the COPAC region

  • Wellbeing Initiatives: Deploy and adapt global wellbeing initiatives to meet local needs, develop region-specific wellbeing programs, and measure their effectiveness and impact on employee engagement

  • Global Business Service Hub Focus: Develop specialized rewards and performance strategies for the Bogota GBS Hub to attract and retain top talent in a competitive service center environment

  • Latin America Projects: Participate in and contribute to Latin America regional projects and initiatives related to rewards, performance, benefits, and wellbeing strategies

  • Regional Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on compensation, benefits, and performance management for the COPAC / LATAM region

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all rewards and performance programs comply with local regulations across COPAC

  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze compensation data and performance metrics to provide insights for business decisions and program improvements

  • Talent Management Partnership: Collaborate with Talent Management teams to develop integrated approaches to talent development and retention

About you

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years specializing in compensation and performance management

  • Experience working in multinational organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Experience with global service centers or shared service operations preferred

  • Experience with global service centers or shared service operations preferred

  • Soft and technical skills: Strong knowledge of compensation practices and regulations in Latin America, particularly in the COPAC region

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS systems

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations

  • Education: ​Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred

  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
