Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and open-minded Rewards Manager to lead the development and implementation of our worldwide rewards strategy within our international company (more 6 legal entities). This individual will be responsible for building and optimizing the entire rewards process across various locations, ensuring that our practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working in diverse international environments and will have a passion for driving performance through effective rewards management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist expertise and guidance on reward policies and programs across our international entities.

  • Review current and manage reward cycle activities, including Long-Term Incentive Plans and equity administration.

  • Develop and manage salary structures and pay grades that align with the company’s compensation philosophy and business objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with benchmarking and external benefits providers.

  • Conduct salary surveys and product analysis to support global salary review proposals.

  • Develop and manage benefits projects, policies, and processes to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives.

  • Stay informed about legislative changes that may impact any area of the role to ensure compliance.

  • Ensure compliance with requirements in each country where the company operates and support the reporting of such benefits to Payroll.

  • Own processes impacting benefits and our total rewards offering, identifying policies and procedures for continuous improvement.

  • Design and create reporting metrics and tools to facilitate data-driven business decisions.

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to raise awareness and educate our global employee population on available benefits.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in compensation and benefits, within a global organization.

  • You anticipate market changes and remain adaptable, instinctively knowing the necessary actions to take and executing them effectively.

  • Proficient in using benchmarking tools, with strong analytical skills to compile, review, and assess data for trends, presenting this information succinctly.

  • Exceptional communication skills are essential, allowing you to engage effectively with teams across all our company's locations.

  • Commitment to teamwork, which is one of our core values; you will need to cultivate relationships with various stakeholders, as collaboration is key to success.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets is highly valued.
