To deliver competitive and cost effective Rewards practices for a small client group or key rewards process; to provide information or analysis and respond to client inquiries.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support the team in the operational conversion of Rewards strategic objectives.
- Support and implement competitive and cost effective compensation and benefit programs that are in line with corporate Rewards guidelines to attract and retain talent. Provide data support for survey submissions.
- Participate in the benchmarking process, analyze labor market trends and provide input to the business on salary structure and adjustments based on survey data.
- Perform analyses on market and internal data to ensure competitiveness of reward structure with relevant external market.
- Report and interpret analyses results and make recommendations that support the establishment of Rewards programs aligned with the organization’s strategy -Support personnel cost budgeting process and control.
- Maintain accurate and efficient daily Rewards processes to support the dedicated client group.
- Contribute to Rewards projects at country or BU level.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) -Analyze jobs and specifications on an ad hoc or recurring basis and support the job evaluation process for assigned client groups.
Bachelor / first university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of applicable experience.
Experience in Rewards or other P&O discipline
- Solid understanding of and practical experience in applied compensation principles, including technical expertise in one or more of the following domains: job evaluation, benchmarking, market analysis, compensation program design, compensation planning and forecasting and Rewards design techniques
- Solid experience in global operations, including:
Operational excellence - Governance and compliance
- Operational transformation
- Use of data to drive decision making
- Experience in a service and continuous improvement environment
- Experience with change management initiatives
- Experience with the application of rewards and P&O systems
- Ability to perform complex analyses and work with Rewards and P&O systems
