The Rewards Analyst supports the design, administration, and analysis of compensation and benefits programs globally. The role contributes to ensuring that reward practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategy. We are looking for a team-oriented profile, with a structured and process-oriented working style, interested in compensation, benefits and broader HR topics.

Your main tasks include:

  • Support the development of compensation and benefits processes;

  • Prepare and analyze compensation data, reports, and design dashboards;

  • Lead in market benchmarking by collecting, validating, and comparing external salary and benefits data;

  • Assist in the preparation of reward proposals, presentations, and management materials;

  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory standards;

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders on reward-related topics;

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within reward processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field;

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in private or public markets preferred;

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail;

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

  • Familiarity with Workday is strongly preferred;

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German a plus;

  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
