Summary:
Data Management and control representative is required for a global high-tech company in Semiconductor area. A global high-tech company requires a Data Management and control representative to support human resources systems for employees and managers Globally.
* The position is suitable for candidates who want to be part of challenging role that includes service and organizational process support.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Maintenance and control of the information in the HR system
- Mapping of market-specific corrections.
- Data quality reports: act as the focal point between Data Governance and Reward for corrections.
- Engage with First Point teams & provide training for First Point teams (reward DQ): focus on JML to implement control points for detecting data errors.
- Mass uploads: support Reward, review mass upload data, and engage with COEs
- Create and drive new templates where Reward Managers can submit corrections
- Design new correction processes: ARC-related data corrections in WD, statement corrections (replacing INT files)
- Providing solutions and support employees and managers Globally, in related to the Organization HR system questions.
- Performing tests and controls on human resources systems
- Work and conduct in global interfaces
- Run the known and unknown manual correction process based on the previously signed-off new process.
- Maintain the tracker and SNOW queues.
- ** The work is on shifts some time based on business.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree -mandatory or equivalent
- Worked on workday tool
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Methodical, logical, organized, and flexible approach to work
- High level of attention to detail
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience in extracting and manipulating data from different data sources and reconciling that data
- Strong MS skills – especially excel - manage mega spreadsheets/workbooks, example 80 columns and 1000 lines – sort, filter, VLookup, Pivots, compare, merge, audit/scrubs; create tables from excel to ppt
