Salary: £45,168 to £62,108 per annum (National) / £48,987 to £67,358 per annum (London)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract – 12 months
We’re seeking a Reward Manager, to provide advice, insights and analysis on all aspects of reward; but principally in respect of pay; to shape and supports management decision making in realising business objectives.
Joining us at time of organisational change, you will carry out job evaluations and pay analysis across the business. You will also play a key in delivering cyclical reward activities; using your experience and skills to provide timely advice and support to colleagues at all levels of the business.
The suitable candidate will be experienced in analytical job evaluation and undertaking pay analysis using internal and external data.
