- Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures, including base pay, incentive programs, and executive compensation
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure salary structures are competitive and equitable
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- Evaluate and select benefits vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive benefits offerings
- Assist in developing and implementing the overall rewards strategy in alignment with the organization’s goals
- Develop policies and procedures for rewards programs and ensure consistent application across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- More than 3 years’ experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices
- Proven experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs
- Salary survey experience
- Deep knowledge Rewards Business process
- Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang.
