We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Products team at Marsh Workforce and Rewards team. This role will be based in Taipei. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role will be acting as team member to join project team of the total remuneration surveys for certain industries or cities. Supporting the project manager and building strong client relationships are integral to the role. The incumbent will also support compensation or benefits related consulting projects.
We will count on you to:
· Analyses reward survey data, market benchmarks, peer-group information and client data to develop clear insights on pay and benefits.
· Manages day-to-day relationships with compensation and benefits survey clients, including responding to questions, coordinating requests, explaining survey outputs and supporting a positive client experience.
· Contributes to the annual production of compensation and benefits survey reports, including market findings, key trends and client-ready content.
· Supports survey renewals and identifies appropriate upselling opportunities by understanding client needs and introducing relevant Workforce & Rewards solutions.
· Works as a project team member by managing assigned deliverables, checking data quality and meeting agreed timelines and client requirements, with collaboration with Operations team for data processing and technical execution.
· Supports client meetings, events, seminars and workshops, and contributes to market research, proposals, thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the team.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor degree required, major in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR) and/or accounting
- 2 years of experience in HR related fields or 1 year of consulting experience.
- Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn
- Organized and efficient
- Commitment to high quality and timely delivery
- Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel to different cities

Skills Required
