Why you will love this opportunity as RevTech Technical Lead at Civica
We’re looking for a RevTech Technical Lead to own the performance, scalability, and integrity of our global revenue technology ecosystem. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, optimise, and integrate platforms that power marketing, sales, and customer success—driving measurable impact across the revenue funnel.
You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Analytics teams to deliver a high-performing, compliant, and future-ready RevTech stack.
What you’ll be doing
- Own administration and optimisation of key RevTech platforms (marketing automation, engagement, attribution, sales tech)
- Design and implement scalable integrations, APIs, and data flows across systems
- Build and manage automation workflows, lead routing, and scoring models
- Translate roadmap requirements into technical solutions and deliver releases
- Ensure data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and platform security
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, enable, and improve systems
- Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration maps
Requirements
What you will need to be successful in this role
A detail-oriented RevTech professional with strong expertise in marketing automation and data integrations, who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
- 5+ years’ experience in RevTech, MarTech, or SalesTech engineering
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations
- Solid understanding of APIs, data pipelines, attribution, and tagging
- Experience with lead lifecycle management, scoring, and automation
- Ability to design scalable technical architectures
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with CDPs, customer data models, and warehouse integrations
- Knowledge of server-side tracking and advanced attribution models
- Experience in global B2B/B2C environments
- Power BI and strong Excel skills
