The Role
The RevOps / Systems Administrator manages HubSpot and GTM tools, ensuring data integrity, auditing workflows, integrating systems, and supporting sales processes in a startup culture.
Summary Generated by Built In

Our commercial function needs a GTM tech stack that’s tidy, trustworthy, and properly integrated -  so the rest of the team can move fast without breaking things.

We’re hiring a RevOps / Systems Administrator to be the day-to-day owner of HubSpot and the surrounding GTM tools (Gong, Apollo, Lemlist, Koncert, Lusha, SimilarWeb, Crossbeam, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude MCP integrations) -  keeping data clean, workflows behaving, and systems talking to each other reliably.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the heart of the Commercial Team. You’ll work under the direction of VP RevOps and commercial leadership, but you’ll be trusted to own your queue, prioritise effectively, and ship the small fixes that compound into big leverage for the team. It’s an excellent opportunity for rapid career development, reward, and exposure into the world of AI.

ResponsibilitiesHubSpot administration & data hygiene
  • Keep HubSpot data accurate, complete, and up to date across deals, contacts, companies, and activities
  • Audit, fix, and consolidate existing HubSpot workflows
  • Create and update HubSpot properties as the commercial team’s needs evolve
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that the sales, CS, and leadership teams actually rely on
  • Triage and resolve day-to-day HubSpot tickets and requests from AEs, SDRs, CSMs, and leadership
Systems integration & GTM engineering
  • Bring our outbound tooling together
  • Ensure data flows cleanly across  HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Lemlist, Koncert, Lusha, SimilarWeb, Crossbeam, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our Claude MCP-based automations
  • Protect live experiments by enforcing change-control on workflows and automations
  • Identify and replace manual, untracked outreach work with properly tracked, automated processes
Targeting, segmentation & enrichment
  • Build and maintain segments of our target accounts & contacts
  • Run enrichment plays using paid data sources such as Apollo, SimilarWeb, and Lusha to keep our contact and account data fresh

Requirements
  • Familiarity with HubSpot - you’ve worked inside it, understand properties / workflows / segments / reports, and aren’t intimidated by debugging an automation that’s misbehaving
  • Ability to articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible - comfortable working under direction and independently
  • Strong sense of prioritisation -  you can tell the difference between “fix now” and “park for later”
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and process-minded
  • A can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a startup environment
  • Uses initiative when challenged
  • Willingness to learn core technology tools
  • Good time-management
  • A passion for keeping commercial systems clean and reliable
Preferred
  • 1-3 years of work experience in SaaS / E-com / AI, ideally in a RevOps, GTM Engineering, Sales Ops, or CRM Admin capacity
  • Hands-on experience with any of: Gong, Apollo, Lemlist, Koncert, Lusha, SimilarWeb, Crossbeam, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Exposure to Claude MCP or other AI-assisted workflow tooling
  • Keen interest in AI & Automation for productivity

Benefits
  • Start up culture
  • Competitive salary
  • Generous vacation time
  • Quarterly team events / perks
  • Health & Wellness Stipend
  • Birthday day off

Skills Required

  • Familiarity with HubSpot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong sense of prioritization
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded
