This is our first dedicated RevOps hire. You will set up the core systems, data, and reporting that our go-to-market motion runs on, and keep them healthy as we grow.
The RoleWe are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to build and run the operational basics of our go-to-market motion. Reporting to the CRO, you will be the hands-on owner of our GTM systems, data, and reporting: keeping the CRM clean, running our forecasting and pipeline cadence, and making sure comp and quota tracking stays accurate and consistent.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The CRO sets the strategy and owns the bigger calls, such as systems and CRM decisions, comp design, and reporting standards. Your job is to make it real day to day and keep it running well. It is a great fit for someone who likes owning the operating layer, works well with clear direction, and takes pride in clean systems and reliable numbers.
What You'll Own→ Systems and Data
Administer our go-to-market tech stack, with HubSpot as the CRM at the center. Keep pipeline and deal data clean and reliable, move our PLG data into a consistent process, and maintain the everyday integrations and workflows that keep the systems running.
→ Reporting and Forecasting
Run our forecasting, pipeline, and GTM reporting as a steady, repeatable cadence. Take the weekly Enterprise and PLG forecast off the CRO's plate and keep leadership supplied with a clear, current picture of the business.
→ Comp and Deal Support
Keep our commission and quota plans documented, standardized, and accurately tracked, working from the design direction the CRO sets. Support the basics of deal desk and quote-to-cash as they take shape, keeping approvals and workflows moving.
→ Lead and Revenue Operations
Own lead routing, MQL reporting, and basic attribution and pipeline reporting. Partner with Marketing's MarOps and data analyst on the shared boundary, and help build simple renewals, churn, and expansion reporting over time.
What We're Looking ForYou have a few years of hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
You are comfortable administering a CRM yourself (HubSpot or Salesforce) and building clean, reliable reporting. You are the person who actually does the work, not just specs it out.
You have good analytical instincts and know how to prioritize the few things that matter most at this stage.
You work well with clear direction, take ownership of the operating layer, and would rather ship a working process this week than a perfect one next quarter.
You communicate well across teams, since you will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance.

Skills Required
- Few years of hands-on Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops experience
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
- CRM administration experience (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Experience building clean, reliable reporting and forecasting
- Experience with pipeline management, lead routing, MQL reporting, and attribution
- Experience tracking commission, quota, and supporting deal desk / quote-to-cash workflows
- Strong analytical instincts and ability to prioritize key metrics
- Strong cross-functional communication with sales, marketing, and finance
