As the Rev Ops Lead at Metaview, you will be the critical partner driving the efficiency and scalability of our GTM Ops. This role is pivotal in enabling Metaview to scale from a fast-growing startup to a market leader by building a robust RevOps foundation that empowers data-driven decision making and seamless execution.
Key ownership areas:
Own and optimize sales and revenue operations systems, including CRM (HubSpot) and related tooling
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide clear, actionable insights for leadership and sales teams
Partner closely with sales leadership to design and implement territory segmentation and account assignments based on data-driven analysis
Evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms to support growth and operational efficiency
Act as the go-to data and systems expert, enabling the sales team to focus on deal execution without operational bottlenecks
Proven experience in a go-to-market operations role, ideally as a Sales Ops or Rev Ops lead, with hands-on expertise in managing CRM systems like HubSpot and sales tooling
Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, high-velocity startup environment with a scrappy mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to build and maintain dashboards, generate actionable insights, and support territory segmentation and sales forecasting
Ambitious individual with potential to grow into a leadership role, capable of eventually managing and scaling a Rev Ops team as the company expands
Happy to work in a hybrid working arrangement. We aim for 2-3 days per week in the office. Our US office is based in San Francisco.
