As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience that’s both frictionless and human. You will move these high-growth companies towards a more operationally efficient organization.
As a RevOps Architect, you'll play a crucial role in advising some of the most successful and fastest-growing companies on their partner strategy, PRM technology, and co-selling motions to help them sell more effectively with and through their partners.
On a given day, a RevOps Architect will spend time:
Guiding clients by presenting options, discerning trade-offs, and providing recommendations on partner programs and PRM strategy.
Documenting partner requirements, deal registration processes, and co-selling workflows.
Rapidly prototyping, testing, building, delivering, and measuring the success of partner enablement solutions.
Tracking progress on work while keeping the team and clients up to date.
Learning and working in different sales and marketing technologies, including Salesforce, PRM platforms (e.g., Crossbeam, Impartner, PartnerStack), and related applications.
Contributing to Go Nimbly’s internal knowledge base by sharing successes, learnings, problem-solving with others, or leading trainings.
Managing client relationships and aligning partner operations with sales and marketing teams.

About You
You have 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Partner Operations, or Partner Programs within B2B SaaS.
You display deep technical expertise and are a SME in PRM platforms (Salesforce PRM, Crossbeam, Impartner, or similar tools) and partner program strategy.
You have experience with partner incentives, deal registration, co-selling workflows, and MDF (Market Development Funds).
Serious organization and project management skills.
A great presenter who builds strong relationships.
High attention to quality and detail.
Experience with configuring Salesforce for partner management is a huge plus.

The base salary for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 USD. Adjustment based on geographical location and final salary decision will be in accordance with leveling. In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus plan.
