The Opportunity:
In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to Sales and GTM leadership, helping Island scale its revenue engine through process optimization, analytics, and strategic insights. - Help drive delivery and adoption of new GTM processes, tools, and methodologies in partnership with leadership.
- Own and evolve the operational infrastructure that supports pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting.
- Forecasting & Analytics
- Lead the bi-weekly forecasting cadence, analyzing week-over-week changes and driving improved forecast accuracy.
- Build and mature executive-level KPIs and dashboards across GTM functions, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership and the Board that translate complex data into strategic decisions.
- Revenue Planning & Territory Management
- Partner with GTM leaders on annual territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
- Support leadership in the design and rollout of compensation structures and letters.
- Maintain data integrity across closed bookings, invoicing, and pipeline management.
- Sales & Customer Success Performance
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of GTM performance, including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, retention, and productivity.
- Provide actionable insights and trend analyses to guide GTM strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to develop renewal and expansion strategies that drive customer lifetime value.
About You:

- You thrive on solving tough problems and believe operational excellence is a key driver of growth.
- You operate with servant leadership, focusing on enabling others to succeed.
- You’re an exceptional communicator and listener who collaborates with empathy and precision.
