Job Summary: 
Mitratech is looking for an experienced RevOps Analyst to join our broader Revenue Operations team. This role is focused on rapid operational support to advise, guide, and act within a high-velocity deal environment. You’ll work collaboratively with teams and leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and other relevant teams. This role is highly visible and will be heavily relied upon for critical deals and time frames (end of month, quarter, year). 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Partner with internal teams and leaders to efficiently streamline deal related processes 

• Manage complex and highly visible deals, tasks, and or projects 

• Support enhancements and continuous improvement of our systems and processes 

• Assist in product/pricing strategy and structure discussions to include bookings policies 

• Review orders for validity and alignment with company standards and goals 

• Develop and/or contribute to scaling governance practices 

• Establish regular communication with cross-functional teams 

• Perform reconciliations for data integrity and work with cross functional teams to fix 

• Become an expert and relied upon resource for our systems and teams 

• Highly motivated individual that focuses on data quality and creative solutions 

Requirements & Skills: 

• Experience in RevOps, deal desk, order management, finance, and business analytics 

• Experience within Private Equity high-growth fast paced technology companies 

• Comfortable with communicating and presenting to senior or executive leadership 

• Experience structuring and escalating complex business situations for review or approval 

• Ability to work cross-functionally with various business units 

• Technically Savvy with understanding of SFDC, CPQ and Microsoft/Google suite 

• Excellent attention to detail 

• Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills 

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously 

• Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm 

• Team-oriented working and thinking 

• Professional self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively with others to accomplish goals 

• Assertiveness and ability to navigate ambiguity 

• Drives focus on simplifying complex solutions and processes 

Education:                         

• Bachelor Degree (preferred)

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
