As the Manager of Revenue Systems, you will play a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness and success of our revenue teams. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with the Data, Marketing, Sales & Client Experience teams to design, evaluate and implement GTM processes and systems to enable scalable, sustainable revenue growth across the business. You will lead a small team of systems analysts.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leaders from Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, Finance & Legal to map current GTM processes, identifying, inefficiencies, redundancies and areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, creating functional requirements to ensure solution align with business needs.
  • Lead the evaluation of GTM technology stacks in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment to business process.
  • Manage the hands-on configuration GTM systems, including Hubspot, Gong, Calendly and Customer Success tooling throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Partner with the VP of Revenue Operations to manage renewals for all non-Salesforce tools in the GTM tech stack, balancing best-in-class capabilities with cost efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate new GTM technologies in market with eye towards continual improvement and enhancement of operational efficiency.
  • Develop training materials and deliver enablement programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across teams.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in business analysis, process improvement, systems management, or a similar role within SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience with core revenue tech stack tools, including Salesforce (SFDC), Hubspot, Gong, Sales Engagement, Calendly and customer success tools.
  • Proficiency in data tools (Tableau, Python, SQL) and project management systems (Jira, Asana).
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with technical teams on solution design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations, dashboards and documentation.
  • A highly collaborative style with strong influencing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep sense of ownership and accountability.
