By leveraging modern business intelligence platforms and advanced analytics, you will build scalable solutions that provide leadership with the trusted, actionable intelligence required to make critical business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and automate business-critical financial reporting workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), transforming manual Excel processes into resilient, automated solutions.

- Champion data governance by establishing automated validation checks for key metrics and ensuring data integrity, timeliness, and trust across all reporting layers
- Translate complex business intelligence requirements into technical specifications, acting as the primary bridge between the business and technical owners/teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by auditing existing data pipelines and reports for latency and inefficiency, implementing optimizations to enhance performance and user experience.
- Lead complex scenario modeling and ad-hoc analysis for strategic initiatives using advanced analytics and BI tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- Master’s degree in a data/analytics field preferred

- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.) as well as Microsoft 365 suite.
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience querying and managing data in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric; ability to write efficient code for large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to replace manual Excel/spreadsheet dependencies with automated solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Proven experience establishing metrics governance frameworks for key performance indicators (e.g., ARR, Retention, Margins), ensuring that automated BI outputs strictly align with official definitions and accounting standards.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and metrics and ability to translate them into data logic/requirements.
- Proven ability to partner cross functionally, translating business requirements into technical data requirements as well as technical constraints into timelines and delivery risks
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced statistical modeling or forecasting preferred
- Relevant MS certifications preferred
