What You’ll Do

Innovate and Lead: Analyze and enhance our most profitable revenue-generating flywheels, devising creative strategies to boost RPU and reallocate traffic and resources to maximize profits.

Strategic Impact: Evaluate and optimize revenue levers like user acquisition, retention, and upgrades, crafting strategies that maximize our monetization potential.  

Drive Growth: Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities within these levers and execute on these within iterative daily sprints.  

Market Expansion: Develop and execute market-specific plans, using diverse strategies to capture and maximize revenue in key regions.  

Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with the co-founder and growth leadership team, providing results and aligning efforts to meet ambitious revenue goals.  

Get hands-on: You’ll be a part of marketing, engineering and data teams actively contributing to the most important task at hand. Whether that be analysis, prototyping or launching initiatives.  

What You Need to Have  

  • Experienced in creating data-driven, customer-focused journey programs that enhance successful areas and explore new growth opportunities. 
  • Whether from management consultancy, entrepreneurship, or a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you should bring core expertise and an insatiable curiosity and drive to learn and contribute. 
  • Experience running, or consulting for, small to mid-size businesses, ideally in the tech space. 
  • Successful in driving results within cross-functional teams and able to adapt communication styles to suit (ranging from junior engineers to the CFO).  
  • Well-versed in topics such as user acquisition, pricing, subscription optimization or similar.  
  • Knowledgeable about digital marketing and the dynamics of subscription businesses.   
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions 
  • A preference for speed and pragmatism over perfection 
  • A growth-focused mindset which is focused on delivering daily
