- Booking: Can create Opportunity/Quote and book contract for 1-2 product types with standard entitlements per applicable policies
- Billing: Supports billing for their booked contracts
- Audit: Understands CBC requirements and can execute compliant to audit SOW to Quote to Booked Contract requirements for their contracts.
- Contract Maintenance: Can execute standard amendments for their contracts
- Idling: Supports Idling enablement and corresponding billing adjustments for their contracts
- Forecasting: Supports forecasting/tool count process for their contracts
- Reporting: Can pull and understand reports needed to support Opportunity/Quote/Book Bill Activity for their contracts
