The Role

Revenue Operations Specialist 

Do you enjoy breaking down complex business problems into clear, actionable steps? Join our fast-paced, high-growth team in a pivotal Revenue Operations role that directly impacts Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Create, maintain, and optimize core business processes and tools across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. 
  • Support initiatives focused on process improvements, technology implementations, data integrity, and system integrations. 
  • Leverage CRM experience to build, refine, and maintain lead-management and sales-funnel processes. 
  • Support Sales Controlling and Order Management, driving process improvements. 
  • Analyze data from various sources and platforms, ensuring strong data hygiene, reliable reporting, and clear cross-department visibility. 
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, alignment, and change management. 

 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / similar roles – preferably in the Tech industry. 
  • Hands-on SDR/BDR operations experience (lead-to-win processes). 
  • Strong CRM experience - HubSpot; preferably with Salesforce as well. 
  • Proven data-analysis skills and experience delivering data-driven initiatives. 
  • Familiarity with pipeline management, sales cycles, and the lead-to-cash process, including identifying and executing optimization opportunities. 
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing workflows and automation tools. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 
  • Demonstrated success managing projects and implementing operational improvements. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Experience with customer success tools and process optimization. 
  • Experience collaborating with Legal (contracts, approvals, workflows). 
  • Bonus: Marketing Operations experience.
