Summary Generated by Built In

We are looking for a motivated and analytical team member to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team. You will be a key contributor, working closely with senior members of the business partner team and stakeholders across the organisation. In this role, you will help support strategic, operational, and organisational improvements of the sales development organisation. The scope of your work will be dynamic; you will directly contribute to operationalising new initiatives, driving productivity, and collaborating with the team to analyse, prioritise, and execute strategic opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support and drive key work streams within cross-functional, high-priority initiatives across the Go-To-Market organisation, with a special focus on sales development. Key initiatives include revenue activities such as forecasting, productivity reviews, and capacity planning
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the Sales Development organisation to analyse and solve complex business challenges
  • Deliver actionable, data-driven insights for executive decision-making by developing dynamic Excel/Google Sheets models to forecast performance, optimise planning, and conduct in-depth root cause analysis
  • Get exposure to senior stakeholders through high-visibility projects that you will lead end-to-end
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and processes that make the sales development organisation more operationally efficient. You might deliver ad hoc reviews, build a new workflow, or prepare executive business reviews, all in one day

What We're Looking for:

  • You’re an owner with a strong bias for action. You take responsibility for your projects and work streams, dive deep into the details, and ensure your projects are executed smoothly from start to finish
  • You have strong attention to detail, yet are thoughtful about prioritisation, feeling comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • You are skilled at providing insights and breaking down complex topics into manageable components and delivering clear, actionable insights. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience is a must.
  • You are a clear and effective communicator. You possess strong business judgment and can effectively communicate your findings and recommendations to stakeholders and team members, using data to support your arguments.
  • You have 5 years of experience in a high-performance work environment, such as strategy and management consulting, Business Operations, Go-to-Market, or a similar analytical role in a high-growth tech company
