The Revenue Operations and Planning Manager sits at the Integrated Supply Chain function for the North America region and supports revenue execution for the AM&D business through leading advanced forecasting, demand planning, and business analytics.
Your role:
Lead revenue operations and demand planning analytics and processes, developing robust forecasts that integrate market trends, sales pipeline dynamics, historical performance, and business assumptions.
Analyze revenue performance, demand signals, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into clear recommendations, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
Build and apply AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions to simplify data-intensive forecasting, reporting, and decision-making processes.
Drive data quality, KPI governance, and continuous improvements across forecasting and planning workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align plans, address risks, and communicate insights that support revenue execution, while leading recurring monthly demand reviews and DSO, and weekly revenue meetings for the North American Region.

Your skills include data analysis & interpretation, use of AI to analyze data and streamline processes/activities, budget management, KPI management, business intelligence tools, advanced Microsoft Excel techniques, revenue projections, data analytics, business and financial acumen
You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in PA is $87,000 to $139,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
