  • Build forecasting and performance reporting: Develop revenue forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs to support planning, prioritisation, and executive decision-making.
  • Optimise systems and tools: Own and evolve our CRM and commercial systems to ensure accurate data capture, reporting, and scalability as the organisation grows.
  • Support commercial governance: Ensure revenue processes align with internal controls, charity governance, regulatory requirements, and partner expectations.
  • Standardise ways of working: Develop playbooks, documentation, and guidance that enable consistent execution across revenue and commercial activities.
  • Provide analytical insight: Analyse pipeline health, deal progression, conversion rates, and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support strategic initiatives: Contribute operational insight to pricing discussions, partnership models, and long-term commercial strategy.

You will also have:

  • Experience building and managing revenue operations frameworks
  • Strong CRM ownership and optimisation experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience developing revenue forecasts, pipeline reporting, and performance dashboards
  • Understanding of commercial governance, contracting workflows, and cross-team processes
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable operational processes
  • Experience working in fast-paced or evolving environments, such as scale-ups, mission-driven organisations, or partnership ecosystems
  • Exceptional communicator and systems thinker, with a pragmatic and collaborative mindset.

Closing date 23rd March.

What We Do

Our Future Health is the UK’s largest ever health research programme, bringing people together to develop new ways to prevent, detect and treat diseases. Our mission is to create an incredibly detailed picture of the UK population’s health, by recruiting up to five million adult volunteers from across the UK. Each volunteer will be asked to fill out a questionnaire and provide a blood sample that can be linked to their health records. Taken together, the data will present health researchers with a powerful tool to identify new ways of tackling diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and dementia. It's an unprecedented challenge that involves answering questions that have never been asked before – ethical, practical, and technological. And by getting these answers right, we believe Our Future Health will allow future generations to live in good health for longer. We are currently expanding our team and looking for specialists across various fields – people who are motivated by the opportunity of creating something new that will make a difference to society.
