What You'll Do:
- Own Salesforce as the primary CRM and source of truth for revenue data—ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and intuitive user workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize the lead-to-revenue process, from pipeline management to forecasting and reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks that enable teams to make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with sales on quota setting, territory management, and revenue planning.
- Identify and execute process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
- Support executive-level reporting and performance reviews with actionable insights and data visualization.
What You've Done:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Deep experience administering and optimizing Salesforce, including workflows, dashboards, and user management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and data tools such as Looker, Tableau, or SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Self-starter with a passion for building scalable systems and improving efficiency.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
