Role Overview

This is a pivotal, high-impact role that is central to our explosive growth and industry dominance. As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the strategic dynamo that aligns our Buying team with every facet of our organization, ensuring every inventory move turbocharges our revenue engine. Your contributions will directly impact our trajectory toward market domination and set the pace for industry innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Serve as the essential bridge between the Buying team and all departments, ensuring every inventory decision aligns with our bold business objectives
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Operations to enhance order accuracy, optimize delivery timelines, and establish a continuous, high-performance feedback loop with vendors
  • Merchandising Strategy: Partner with Marketing to craft data-driven merchandising strategies that maintain optimal inventory levels and maximize market impact
  • Financial Insight: Work with Finance to monitor inventory dynamics and sell-through rates, delivering actionable insights that drive revenue optimization
  • Innovation & Efficiency: Lead the development and refinement of proprietary internal tools alongside the Product team to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency
  • Market Leadership: Represent the Buying team at major card shows (1-2 times per month), gathering critical market intelligence and cementing our reputation as industry trendsetters

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, revenue operations, or business process management within fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • A proven track record of galvanizing cross-functional teams and executing strategic initiatives with precision
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with a laser-focused ability to tackle complex challenges head-on
  • Advanced expertise in data tracking, reporting, and analysis, empowering you to drive strategic decision-making with confidence
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems, process automation tools, and workflow optimization techniques
  • A passion for thriving in a dynamic, in-office environment in West Los Angeles (5 days per week) and the readiness to hit the road for 1-2 card shows per month
