How you contribute to our success
As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the internal processes that drive alignment across sales, marketing, and operations to achieve revenue growth. By optimizing systems, enhancing data quality, and driving collaboration across departments, you will help fuel our mission of supporting organizations in their journey toward greater health and happiness. 
In this role, you’ll work across departments, using data and technology to track and analyze key performance metrics that help improve revenue generation. You’ll be responsible for auditing and refining internal processes to improve effectiveness, all while ensuring that the sales and marketing teams are equipped to succeed. 
Collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams, you’ll enable them to make data-driven decisions and align strategy with execution. You’ll also manage vendor relationships, oversee software integrations, and lead cross-functional projects that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal processes. 
Responsibilities to the team, our clients and community

  • This role is pivotal to driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. You will work directly with senior leadership to inform and enhance our sales, client, and marketing strategies, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. 
  • Systems Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools to support sales activities and reporting requirements. 
  • Sales, Marketing, Client Operations Pipeline and Growth Management: Help drive all aspects of sales, marketing, and client operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, planning, and performance analysis. Create and maintain reporting. 
  • Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement process and data strategies to maximize revenue generation, improve sales productivity, and enhance customer retention and growth such as leading the development of and process to support account-based sales and marketing. 
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline internal processes to enhance operational efficiency across sales and marketing, ensuring alignment between departments. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights, enabling improved revenue strategies. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and processes, improving data quality and effectiveness. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report key performance metrics for campaigns, sales initiatives, and revenue goals, delivering detailed insights to leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Executive Level Reporting: Develop and maintain revenue reporting suite for executive leadership and investors. 
  • Project and Task Management: Oversee key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of objectives while managing software integrations and vendor relationships. 
  • Training & Enablement: Lead internal trainings to optimize system usage and drive adoption of new technologies, equipping teams with the tools they need to succeed. 


The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Asana for campaign management, reporting, and process automation. 
  • Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to audit and optimize processes, improving both data quality and operational efficiency. 
  • Project Leadership: Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally to achieve project goals. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong background in analyzing performance metrics and presenting data-driven recommendations. 
  • Revenue Growth: Experience in wellbeing or SAAS revenue cycle opportunities
  • Communication: Excellent ability to present findings to stakeholders and collaborate with leadership teams to drive strategy.

Experience & Education needed for success in this role
Experience

  • Minimum four years’ experience working in revenue operations, sales, or marketing operations

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Travel

  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the work year


Physical & Working Environment

  • Normal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Position requires occasional bending, squatting, twisting and climbing stairs. There are minimal exposures to workplace hazards.
