Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations Leadership
- Optimize and manage end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, lead routing, and territory planning
- Serve as the primary partner to sales leadership for performance tracking, strategic planning, and day-to-day operational support.
- Own and evolve the sales tech stack (CRM, enablement tools, reporting platforms) to ensure usability and adoption.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support sales and revenue leadership in decision-making.
- Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle velocity, and other KPIs.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems to support accurate forecasting and business planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance forecasting accuracy using data-driven insights and advanced forecasting techniques.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align on GTM strategy, lead management, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Support cross-functional initiatives such as annual planning, product launches, and pricing strategy execution.
- Act as a liaison to ensure consistent communication, prioritization, and execution of revenue-related initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline sales processes and improve rep productivity.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs in partnership with enablement teams.
- Drive adoption of best practices in sales methodology, systems usage, and reporting hygiene.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operational roles.
- Deep expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator a plus
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders across functions.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to translate data into insights.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
