Webflow is the AI-native platform that lets anyone build, manage, and scale powerful, code-free web experiences.
The Role

At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we’re doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we’re here to build it together.

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, SDR to architect, scale, and continually optimize Webflow’s global Sales Development motion—turning data and systems into predictable, high-quality pipeline. You’ll partner with SDR leadership and cross-functional GTM teams to tighten lead routing and prioritization. Measure SDR productivity and funnel health, then turn insights into action. You’ll own our Outreach strategy end to end and work with a modern GTM stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clari) while championing AI-powered automation so SDRs spend more time with the right prospects. If you love building high-leverage processes that make global teams faster and more effective, this is where your work will have outsized impact.

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

As a Revenue Operations Manager, SDR, you’ll …

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable SDR processes that enable predictable pipeline generation and efficiency across global teams.
  • Own and optimize Outreach system strategy, including A/B testing, content audits, and performance analytics to drive higher connect and conversion rates.
  • Partner with the Analytics and SDR Leadership teams to measure and report on SDR productivity, lead SLAs, and conversion funnel metrics.
  • Act as the data and process expert for the SDR organization, providing insights that inform forecasting, capacity planning, and headcount modeling.
  • Collaborate with BizTech on systems related needs including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Clari.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Ops and Sales Leadership to ensure alignment on lead routing, account prioritization, and campaign execution.
  • Champion the use of AI and automation to reduce manual effort for SDRs: leveraging generative tools to enhance productivity, messaging, and prioritization.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably supporting SDR/BDR teams in a scaling SaaS or startup environment, bonus points for SDR/BDR experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing Outreach sequences and analyzing sequence performance.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and other GTM tools (Clari, Gong, Tableau preferred).
  • Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable process improvements.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, BizTech, and Sales.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

You’ll thrive as a Revenue Operations Manager, SDR if you:

  • Are energized by building scalable, data-informed processes that directly impact revenue growth.
  • Bring curiosity and creativity to your work, always looking for ways to use AI tools to streamline workflows and empower teams.
  • Balance strategic thinking with a bias for execution, moving fast while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Are passionate about helping SDR teams perform at their best, with a focus on measurable impact and accountability.
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
Our Core Behaviors:
  • Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
  • Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
  • Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
  • Deliver with speed, quality, and craft. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we do so without lowering the bar.
Benefits

  • Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
  • Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
  • Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
