Job Description

The Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) role is responsible for supporting the company’s go-to-market strategy by aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success operations to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth. This position ensures that revenue-generating teams operate with clear processes, accurate data, and effective usage of Salesforce & Hubspot. The role focuses on building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports the full customer lifecycle, from lead generation through deal close, onboarding, renewal, and expansion. It provides visibility into performance through forecasting, reporting, and analytics, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.

This position plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, standardizing workflows, strengthening data governance, and ensuring the revenue tech stack supports current needs and future growth. As the company scales, the RevOps function helps improve collaboration and communication between teams, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure consistent execution across the revenue organization.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Partner with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to support revenue strategy, forecasting, and annual planning.
  • Own revenue reporting, pipeline health metrics, and forecasting accuracy across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline forecasting models, KPI dashboards, and executive-level reporting (including Board-ready materials).
  • Identify risks and opportunities across pipeline stages, segments, and territories, and surface insights to leadership.
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and basic capacity modeling aligned to growth targets.
  • Drive consistent operating cadence including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and QBR reporting.
  • Design, document, and improve end-to-end GTM processes from lead through renewal and expansion.
  • Own CRM architecture, workflows, automation, and pipeline data hygiene (Salesforce).
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across the revenue tech stack and maintain a single source of truth for revenue data.
  • Manage system integrations across marketing automation, billing, support, and product tools.
  • Evaluate and implement GTM tools that improve productivity and reporting visibility.
  • Build automation to reduce manual work and increase system adoption.
  • Partner with Finance on ARR, bookings, churn, expansion, CAC, and LTV reporting.
  • Support revenue enablement initiatives related to systems, reporting, and process documentation.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a high-growth software/SaaS company.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional GTM teams in high-growth or scaling environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce, including configuration, reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
  • Experience building and maintaining forecasting models and improving pipeline visibility and predictability.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, bookings, churn, expansion, CAC, LTV, win rates, and sales cycle analysis.
  • Experience supporting structured sales processes, including enterprise or mid-market sales motions.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and familiarity with BI/reporting tools.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and support executive reporting needs.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Quick learner with ability to multitask, work independently, think critically and problem solve
  • Strong analytical abilities to understand the “why” and “how” of data, and can tell the story behind it.
  • Strong executive communication skills and experience with preparing executive level reports and presentations.
