Own Distru’s AI product suite, including MCP integrations, embedded agents, and a unified data engine. Define product strategy, prioritize the roadmap, write PRDs, conduct customer discovery, and lead features from concept through launch and iteration. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and executives to drive adoption and revenue impact. The role requires strong product ownership, UX judgment, AI experimentation, technical fluency, and the ability to ship AI-native features in a fast-moving startup environment.

Lead Distru’s product organization and strategy across ERP, commerce, analytics, and AI product lines. Own AI product direction, roadmaps, product processes, customer feedback, adoption metrics, and cross-functional alignment with engineering and go-to-market teams. Build foundational AI capabilities including unified data, agent and workflow builders, MCP, and headless experiences. Hire, coach, and manage the product team while shaping data infrastructure and customer-facing product innovation.

Design and build a production multi-agent harness and MCP integrations that operate across ERPs, CRMs, and business tools. Own end-to-end production concerns (reliability, observability, permissions, safe workflow execution), scope the product, make architecture decisions, and ship features working closely with CTO, product, engineering, and design. Stay current with agent frameworks and use tools like Claude Code in development.
