About the role
The Revenue Operations Lead will be responsible for strengthening CFC’s ability to make informed, forward-looking commercial decisions by improving reporting infrastructure, metrics, and analytical outputs. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Deliver high‑quality data and MI that provide senior leaders with clear, actionable insight, strengthening commercial decision‑making.
- Act as a senior partner across underwriting, distribution, technology, marketing, finance, and compliance, representing the Head of Revenue Operations when needed.
- Lead the evolution of our CRM and broker intelligence capabilities, ensuring the platform aligns with broker needs, commercial priorities, and data opportunities.
- Optimise the sales funnel by implementing digital automation tools, refining processes, and driving measurable, efficient revenue workflows across all broker‑facing roles.
- Support broker strategy by using CRM insight and market intelligence to shape tiering, territory plans, value propositions, and budget allocation.
- Define and embed success metrics and performance frameworks that enable consistent, high‑quality commercial engagement.
