The Role
Build and lead the company’s Revenue Operations function from inception. Own Salesforce architecture, commercial data standards, funnel and forecast methodology, deal desk operations, pricing governance, contract generation, and reporting. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Support to establish scalable processes, enforce commercial controls, improve forecast accuracy, and create a single source of truth. Recruit and manage a Salesforce systems specialist and data and reporting analyst as the function grows.
Summary Generated by Built In
Revenue Operations is what makes a commercial organisation behave as one system rather than a set of teams. It owns the infrastructure beneath revenue: the systems people work in, the process they follow, the data everyone argues from, and the deal support that determines whether what gets signed is worth signing.
At finera. this is a new function, and this is its first hire. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, sit alongside Sales and Account Management as a peer, and serve both as one shared customer rather than sitting inside either. You are not inheriting a function. You are defining one.
What success looks like:
In your first two quarters, the commercial organisation has one funnel definition, one forecast, and data standards enforced at the point of entry rather than cleaned up afterwards.
Within a year, the CRO can answer where every unit of revenue came from, nothing material is priced outside a published framework, contracts are generated from the system, and Revenue Operations is a team of three rather than a person of one.

Job requirements
- Six or more years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations, including at least two years owning the function — or a major pillar of it — at a business of comparable or greater complexity.
- Demonstrable ownership of a Salesforce org as system owner or architect: data model, sharing model, validation rules, record types and integrations. Administrator or power-user experience alone is not sufficient.
- Track record of defining a funnel and forecast methodology across more than one commercial function, and holding a senior organisation to it in practice.
- Experience building or running a deal desk, pricing governance or commercial approval framework in partnership with Finance.
- Experience operating across multiple entities or jurisdictions, with Legal, Finance and Compliance as routine day-to-day stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Systems fluency. Salesforce to architect level, plus working competence with a BI layer (Tableau here) and credibility in the data engineering conversation behind it.
- Process design and enforcement. Able to write a rule, build it into the system, and hold senior commercial people to it — without becoming the obstacle everyone routes around.
- Commercial numeracy. Reads a P&L and understands effective cost, margin floors and pricing mechanics well enough to be a genuine partner to Finance rather than a requester of numbers.
- Influence without authority. The function serves four peer teams and owns none of them. The role works through evidence, standards and usefulness rather than hierarchy.
- Bias to shipping. The first six months are a build, not an advisory engagement. Comfortable being hands-on in the system and shipping in weeks rather than quarters.
Nice-to-have / Preferred
- Payments, fintech or iGaming domain experience, particularly exposure to acquiring, alternative payment methods, approval rates, settlement and rolling reserve.
- Prior experience standing a Revenue Operations function up from zero, and of a commercial organisation scaling or relocating into a new hub such as Dubai.
Job responsibilities
- Systems. Own the commercial Salesforce architecture, data model, sharing rules, record types, validation and the integration roadmap. Bring volume and usage data across from Tableau. Establish commercial ownership of an org currently designed and maintained outside the commercial team.
- Process. Define and maintain one funnel definition across Sales and Account Management, and enforce the handover between them as a gate in the system rather than an agreement made in a meeting. Own the Rules of Engagement playbook and the SLAs with Legal, Finance and Support, reviewed quarterly.
- Data and forecasting. Establish one source of truth and one set of definitions across the commercial organisation. Own forecast discipline and forecast accuracy, the shared commercial scorecard, and the demand register and its evidence standard.
- Deal support. Build and run the deal desk in partnership with Finance: margin floors, approval bands, thresholds and the pricing simulator that lets commercial build proposals on true effective cost. Deliver contract generation and e-signature from Salesforce, traffic-light pricing flags on the opportunity, and an audit trail on every pricing decision.
- Team and delivery. Recruit and lead the Salesforce and systems specialist and the data and reporting analyst. Deliver the phases of commercial operating plan to date, and assume ownership of the commercial KPIs.
Benefits
- Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market standards.
- Medical Insurance starting from day 1.
- Access to training resources and development opportunities that support your professional growth.
- Well-stocked office with snacks, drinks, and refreshments available daily.
- A multinational organisation that promotes a strong, collaborative culture
- Regular team-building events and company activities that strengthen collaboration across teams.
- Employee Recognition Program celebrating our "Employee of the Month" with special perks.

- Experience defining and enforcing funnel and forecast methodology across multiple commercial functions.
- Experience building or operating a deal desk, pricing governance, or commercial approval framework with Finance.
- Experience operating across multiple entities or jurisdictions with Legal, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Salesforce architect-level systems fluency, working competence with Tableau, and credibility in data engineering discussions.
- Ability to design and enforce processes through systems and standards while influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Commercial numeracy, including the ability to read a P&L and understand effective cost, margin floors, and pricing mechanics.
- Hands-on delivery orientation and ability to implement systems and processes quickly.
- Payments, fintech, or iGaming experience, including acquiring, alternative payment methods, approval rates, settlement, or rolling reserve.
- Experience establishing a Revenue Operations function from zero.
