Here's what you're signing up for:
- Independent Contractor role, full-time.
- Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time, which lines up with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for our US-based clients.
- Saturdays and Sundays are yours. Always.
- Fully remote — work from home, on your own setup.
What you'll actually do:
- Build and own the cross-department reporting that gives Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey one shared view
- Run the alignment process that keeps three departments moving in the same direction
- Catch process gaps and broken handoffs early — before they become a quarter-end surprise
- Report directly to the CEO and coordinate closely with each department lead
- Work daily inside GoHighLevel (GHL), Yokly's CRM, plus the broader Sales/Marketing/CJ reporting stack

What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including experience in Operations
- Master's degree required
- A track record of building or owning cross-functional reporting and process systems
