About the Role
We're seeking a sharp, organized intern to support our COO and Head of Sales in tracking business performance and maintaining the systems that power our revenue operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, gain exposure to how strategic business decisions are made in a growing company, and leverage AI tools to work at a level beyond what's typical for an intern role.

What You'll Do
You'll work closely with our COO and Head of Sales to keep them informed about business performance and help ensure our revenue teams have clean data and clear processes. You'll be expected to use AI tools extensively to move faster, analyze deeper, and deliver higher-quality work than traditional approaches would allow.

Support Executive Reporting Help the COO and Head of Sales stay on top of key business metrics by pulling reports, updating dashboards, and highlighting important trends. Use AI tools to quickly analyze data patterns, generate insights, and create clear summaries of pipeline health, revenue performance, and team progress against goals for leadership review.

Assist with Forecasting & Planning Support revenue forecasting efforts by gathering data from various sources and helping maintain forecasting models. Leverage AI to identify trends, flag anomalies, and build scenario analyses. Assist with budget tracking and help analyze how resources are being deployed across the revenue organization.

Prepare for Strategic Meetings Help the COO run prioritization meetings by preparing agendas, pulling relevant data, and creating dashboards that show which opportunities or initiatives will drive the most revenue impact. Use AI to synthesize information from multiple sources, draft meeting materials, and track follow-up action items.

Maintain CRM & Data Quality Keep our CRM system clean and organized by fixing data inconsistencies, updating contact information, and ensuring deals are properly tracked. Use AI tools to identify data quality issues at scale, standardize formatting, and automate repetitive cleanup tasks. Help document processes for how different teams should use our systems.

Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects Jump in on special projects as they come up, whether that's analyzing a specific part of the pipeline, researching best practices, building automated workflows, or helping prepare materials for company offsites or board meetings. We expect you'll use AI to tackle projects that would traditionally take much longer or require more senior resources.
What We're Looking For

AI-native work style. You naturally reach for AI tools to augment your work—whether that's using Claude or ChatGPT for analysis and drafting, Copilot for spreadsheet formulas, or other tools to automate repetitive tasks. You understand how to prompt effectively and iterate to get quality outputs.

Comfortable with numbers and quantitative thinking. You don't need a finance or economics background, but you should be comfortable working with data, analyzing trends, and drawing insights from numbers. Many liberal arts majors excel at this kind of analytical work.

Extremely organized and detail-oriented. You catch small errors before they become big problems and can keep track of multiple workstreams without dropping balls. You use AI to augment your work but maintain high quality standards.

Clear communicator who can present information concisely. You understand that executives need the headline, not every detail, and can use AI to help distill complex information into digestible summaries.

Fast learner who can pick up new tools and systems quickly. You're not intimidated by CRM platforms, project management tools, business intelligence dashboards, or emerging AI capabilities.

Proactive and resourceful. You don't wait to be told what to do next and can figure things out independently—including knowing when and how to leverage AI to solve problems creatively.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field—we value analytical thinking and problem-solving ability over specific majors. Whether you studied business, economics, history, English, psychology, or anything else, what matters is that you're comfortable working with data and using it to tell stories and drive decisions. Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity and quality of work is a plus. Most importantly, you're curious about how businesses operate and eager to learn.
