Location: Shanghai
Department: Revenue Operations
Duration: Summer full-time + part-time during semester

Working Arrangement:

  • Summer Vacation: Full-time (5 days/week)
  • After Summer: Part-time (2–3 days/week, flexible schedule)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Summer Intern to support our Revenue Operations team. This role will assist with daily quote and order processing tasks, business document checks, data management, and operational efficiency projects. The internship offers hands-on experience in commercial operations within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Documentation Support

  • Assist in collecting and organizing quote/order data
  • Perform preliminary checks to ensure documents and attachments are complete
  • Support basic data entry into internal systems

2. Process & Compliance Support

  • Follow the internal checklist to conduct pre-checks on quotes and orders
  • Validate required fields and attachments before review
  • Help collect feedback and update basic information in internal documents

3. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Organize files and archive documents on SharePoint/Teams
  • Prepare meeting notes, follow-up lists, and training support materials
  • Help with cross-team communication for missing information follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate student (Business, Management, Finance, Operations, or related fields preferred)
  • English proficiency at CET-6 level or above (or equivalent)
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to work with accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fast learner with strong self-driving capability
