Job Summary 

As a member of the PatientPoint Revenue Operations team, you will collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations Leadership and your teammates to ensure efficient operations and delivery for both our internal and external stakeholders that we serve.  

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a critical and high-impact function within the company, with potential exposure to a wide range of departments and leadership.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Assist in analyzing data across the sales, Client Operations, Pricing, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities for improving processes & productivity.  
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.  
  • Help in documenting processes and creating training materials for Client Sales and internal operations team.  

Learning Objectives: 

  • Gain hands-on experience in revenue operations and understand how each function contributes to overall success.  
  • Develop proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data management tools (e.g. JIRA).  
  • Learn how to build and refine operational processes that support revenue growth.  
  • Enhance problem-solving, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced business environment.  

What We Need 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, marketing, or a related field.  
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.  
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.  
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.  
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.  
  • Passion for learning and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
