This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding patterns in data, asking thoughtful questions, and influencing business decisions through analysis — and who's comfortable working in a lean, Sheets-and-Salesforce-first environment where process is still being built.

  • Analyze forecast accuracy and trends

  • Assist with territory and quota planning, including quota proration and territory data maintenance

  • Support capacity planning and hiring models

  • Partner with Finance during planning cycles

Compensation Administration & Support

  • Support maintenance of AE and SE commission statements and payout calculations

  • Assist with quota proration and compensation plan documentation

  • Help identify and correct calculation errors in commission workbooks

  • Partner with Finance on commission accruals and payout review

Deal Desk Support

  • Support deal desk execution: route non-standard deal approvals, track exceptions, and provide quoting support

Revenue Insights

  • Analyze win/loss trends

  • Measure sales efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to improve pipeline conversion

  • Evaluate operational performance across the customer lifecycle

  • Present recommendations backed by data

Cross-Functional Partnership

Work closely with:

  • Sales Leadership

  • Finance

  • Marketing

  • Customer Success

To provide insights that improve business performance.

What You'll Need …
  • 3-6 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Strategy, or Business Analytics experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced Google Sheets experience, including building and maintaining complex, formula-heavy workbooks; Excel proficiency a plus

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and data hygiene

  • Experience creating dashboards and executive/board presentations

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

  • SQL a plus

  • BI tools a plus (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Power BI)

  • SaaS forecasting experience

  • Financial modeling

  • Startup experience, comfortable building process in a lean, tools-light environment
