The Role
Description

ECP is a market-leading SaaS solution powering over 6,500 senior living communities worldwide. Our platform enables better resident care while driving operational excellence. As we expand both our customer base and product offerings, we need a strategic thinker to optimize our revenue operations.

We're seeking a data-driven Revenue Operations & Analytics Manager to serve as the owner of our revenue systems, with HubSpot as the centerpiece of our tech stack. This role combines technical expertise, analytical rigor, and business acumen to drive growth across our organization.

You will be responsible for working closely with the sales, marketing, CS, and finance teams to understand their needs and build out our HubSpot environment (including workflows, custom objects, custom properties, pipelines, integrations, etc.) to meet our business's needs. You'll also align cross-team analytics and automation efforts to measure and improve performance.

Core Responsibilities:

Revenue Systems & Data Architecture

  • Own and deeply understand how we track revenue and customer data. Become the internal expert on our revenue operations stack, focused on HubSpot but including proprietary internal systems.
  • Deeply understand business problems and create the right solution to those problems within HubSpot. Be a thought partner, not just an order taker.
  • Design and implement scalable data models, custom objects, and integrations
  • Ensure data integrity and create automated data quality monitoring
  • Build and maintain critical automations and workflows

Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Develop comprehensive revenue analytics spanning the full customer lifecycle from outreach to closed deal to implemented and live customer.
  • Partner closely with company leadership to identify key business metrics and implement tooling and processes to facilitate easy measurement and reporting
  • Build financial models to analyze pricing strategies and revenue opportunities
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Lead cross-functional projects to implement revenue-driving initiatives
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves solving complex problems with data
  • Can balance technical expertise with business acumen
  • Has experience scaling revenue operations in a growing SaaS company
  • Is both strategic and hands-on in their approach
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and financial modeling
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel required, SQL preferred, python preferred)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and revenue operations
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and business models
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience with system integrations and automation tools

What We Do

ECP is a cloud-based software program for the senior living industry. The program has many unique features including electronic medication administration record (eMAR) that interfaces with pharmacies to sync med orders and reorder meds. It also has a complete care management program including integrated assessments, care plan wizard, point of care charting, alerts and reminders including emails and text messages, state mandated reports, marketing and billing.

ECP is touch screen friendly and can be used on PC, Mac, netbooks, tablet, and iPad operating systems. ECP supports thousands of communities world-wide.

ECP easily interfaces with LTC pharmacies. Resident information and medication orders are synced with the pharmacy improving communication and reducing medication administration errors. ECP is priced as a SAAS (software as a service) model reducing start-up costs for senior living communities. Users pay only for their current active occupancy level. ECP's customized settings meet the unique need of each company without custom programming. ECP allows quick creation of custom assessments and care plan libraries that automatically generate daily tasks for point of care charting.
