The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Revenue Operations & Commissions Analyst, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will support the global GTM organization. Key responsibilities include leading the commission process, driving AI-enabled RevOps transformation, and supporting training initiatives. Your mission is to connect people, processes, and data — leveraging AI tools and insights to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and accelerate revenue growth. You will work cross functionally with Sales, Finance, HR to ensure accurate and timely compensation calculations and statements.

Your Mission:
- Own and manage all commission calculations & inquiries. Calculating and auditing commissions monthly to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support designing, modeling, implementing and maintaining variable compensation plans in partnership with finance and HR teams
- Optimize commission technology by embedding AI-driven error detection, predictive accrual models, and scenario simulations to reduce gaps and improve scalability
- Streamline processes and timelines in line with strategy and cross-functional teams
- Partner with Finance to use machine learning forecasting models to anticipate commission expense trends and validate payouts
- Become an expert user across the GTM tech stack and champion AI-powered features (e.g., predictive analytics around opportunity scoring, natural language query dashboards, Gemini AI Agents)
- Develop and own the RevOps training agenda covering tools, processes, and AI literacy — ensuring GTM teams adopt automation and insights effectively
- Create AI-enabled playbooks to guide AEs, FLMs, and BDRs in areas such as pipeline hygiene, opportunity qualification, and forecast accuracy
- Embed AI into the day-to-day of GTM and RevOps, such as:
- Pipeline health monitoring with anomaly detection
- Churn prediction models for Customer Success
- Deal scoring and prioritization using predictive analytics
- Territory optimization between account assignments and REP location
- Automated dashboarding for real-time performance insights and forecast accuracy
- Provide assistance to internal stakeholders during rollout of initiatives and strategic projects, especially AI-driven pilots and process redesigns
- Support GTM stakeholders with day-to-day inquiries, including AI-assisted data exploration and reporting
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in Commissions, sales operations, data analytics, or a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience using Commissions software (eg. Xactly, Captivate, SPIFF) and AI functionality in these tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently with cross functional teams in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Curiosity and openness to adopting new AI-driven approaches to improve workflows and drive deeper analytical insights
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Familiarity with GTM tech stack (productivity, intelligence, forecasting, etc.)
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Clari, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
- Basic coding skills (SQL, Python, R) to interact with data pipelines and train/test AI models.
