Job DescriptionRevenue Operations Analyst – Kuala Lumpur
We are seeking a commercially minded Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about data, sales performance, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in supporting the Telematics Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Sales Leadership across Europe and Southeast Asia, helping to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales Leadership to analyse pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales performance across regions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support revenue planning, territory management, and quota setting
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and sales execution
• Prepare regular performance reviews and executive-level presentations for the CRO and senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial, both within the Telematics division and in other business units
• Support pricing strategy, deal desk operations, and commercial governance processes
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and data integrity
• Conduct market and competitor research to support regional sales strategies
• Maintain CRM and revenue systems to ensure data quality and usability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau (preferred)
- Familiarity with SQL and working with databases, particularly Amazon Redshift
- Python skills are not required but would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to commercial stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a distributed team across multiple time zones
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, commercially curious mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, sales-driven environment
