The role

The Revenue Operations Analyst is instrumental in optimizing client revenue contributions to drive organizational success. Collaborating closely with the Regional VP of Sales, finance, and data analysis teams, this role requires a highly analytical individual who is passionate about data and continuous system improvement. The analyst will focus on identifying opportunities within data, prescribing actionable strategies, and tracking their effectiveness to enhance client retention, revenue per client, wallet share, and net revenue margin.

Where you'll work

This position is located onsite in Irving, Texas. Relocation is not provided.

What you'll be doing

  • Works closely with regional sales and account management teams to help identify and act on opportunities that optimize client revenue and support overall revenue goals.

  • Analyzes data to find trends and areas for improvement, helping to uncover opportunities to boost client engagement and financial performance.

  • Prioritizes tasks based on their potential to impact client revenue and align with company goals.

  • Collaborates with management to propose and execute strategies for improving revenue and operational processes.

  • Tracks the progress of initiatives, ensuring actions are completed on time and in line with the planned approach.

  • Monitors the results of implemented actions and provides recommendations for further improvements based on performance.

  • Reports on findings and present results to key stakeholders, offering clear insights and next steps.

  • Works on creating and streamlining processes to automate certain actions, improving efficiency where possible.

  • Keeps accurate records of processes and results, ensuring consistency and ease of reference.

  • Documents necessary updates in the CRM, ensuring all data is accurate and aligned with current strategies.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Data Analytics, or a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of practical experience in revenue or operational optimization and improvement projects

  • Proficient in basic Excel and Google Sheets functionality

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously improve skills in data analysis, revenue optimization, and operational processes
