The Role:
The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering the highest standard customer data quality within the Marigold sales organization. You will work as part of a broader global revenue operations function with responsibility to handle the EMEA region and assist the AMER region as well. The accuracy of our customers' data key and your goal is to ensure CRM data quality across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Validate all closed/won opportunities in the CRM and ensure proper documentation to bill the customer and acknowledge revenue
- Creating quotes in the CRM and sales internal support requests
- Own renewal baseline in the CRM and ensure its accuracy by product line
- Own provision/deprovision process for new products, new and churned customers
- Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Portfolio teams to ensure effectiveness
- Utilize key data quality reports and dashboards
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in sales operations and/or admin function to operate and manage data quality in CRM
- Communication and Partnership skills with Sales, internal business units and global team
- Fluent in English, Salesforce CRM and G suite knowledge
